simple, reread my last post! FYI Steve has never kept his side of any bargain so why or how can we expect his partners, lenders, etc to keep their side of the agreement. If you look in the past it seems Steve battles everything through the courts so no different as to why MRL has obtained US council (posted from their filings) and surely why would NewStar Chemicals keep Eco as their NA exclusive distributor when Eco failed to deliver on their promised sales. SO regardless of what I say it really doesn't matter, simply make a call to NewStar Chemicals yourself and get the answer direct...that answer being they do not have any distribution in NA at all....so to me that means they do not supply product to anyone. Again, make a call or email. I did both!
