He's also proving to have extremely selective memory when it comes to what he's supposedly been reading on stock message boards when he's always whining about what those meanie WNBD skeptics have to say!

Hilarious how he's always proving to spend 24 hours a day reading ihub then putting out his fluffy blogs in response to ihub chatter...and how he conveniently never mentions how many longs he himself directly disappointed with ALL his fluff words/actions and pizz poor results...in fact here's what a few longs have posted over just the past 6 weeks>>>

I'm out now and I hope you all the luck in the world. Looks like your going to need it. The late filing was the trigger for me. Their is no excuse for this to have happened. I believe Eric is grasping at straws now. Been here for along time and have learned a valuable lesson.

I would assume that since there is no filing you won't find it under filings. I'ts been posted and blogged so the notice is out there, where if at all in otc is not known by me.
Let's face it in all reality. Eric has a product that is Good and Effective. But it's got a lousy container, and priced too high for home use.
A lot of it goes simply to the thing of high concentrates don't sell well to the gals at home. Too expensive and bothersome. And it's got the wrong and too strong odor.
Eric needed to get his product into cuter containers, pump dispensers, 1/3 as powerful, sell for 1/3 the price. (most hardware stores and paint places sell the product for 11-13 dollars, too much at one crack) sell in smaller pump bottles and labels for spot cleaning, ink, etc, etc. It can all be the same product except for the large concentrate refil bottle. But most consumers are in the market for one specific type of cleaner when the go to the store not a multi product that is priced higher. Keeping the cost low is one of the biggest factors next to doing what it's suppose to do. So we have things like Nice looking container (failed) Smaller container, smaller price, (failed) Label designed for specific purpose (failed) Easy pump use (failed)
acceptable fresh fragrance (BIG FAIL) Most of this type product is bought by the Mama of the the house, and if you can't please her it won't sell. We have had too many cash register sales of a one time nature and then they don't rebuy. This in its self says something but no one in the office is listening.
There is a lot more spot remover sold than there is highly concentrated paint stain remover with multi purposes. I know that if I were going to get a pet stain remover I wouldn't even concider the paint dept.I would buy the bottle with the pet stain remover label for one third the price.
Ooooops I'm rattle'n on again. It's all been said before the man is doing a good job, just driving in the wrong lane....

Sounds horrible what's gone on here..

Can anyone put a positive spin on this latest turn of events? Is there anything at all positive about staying long? Can someone please say one good thing about this company or product and post it? Even to be humorous?

Would people agree the product is uniquely good compared to the competition?

Why isn't WNBD products in Whole Foods, Wegmans, or Food Lions Bottom Dollar markets yet. After all these years they should be in a major USA National distributor by now. I can't find them anywhere here in The tri- state area.

Before I sold my shares, I had a nice e-mail correspondence with Eric. My conclusion was that he needs much more money to make his dream come through. Although his intentions are good, he was/is not able to come through for longterm shareholders, who funded him, spread the word, bought his products, and followed him blindly imo. He needs that financing. Period. Without it, it's all over. It's a dilemma for him, but he has no other way out imo.
So, in this regard, longs loose almost everything they invested. No way around it imo. Lesson learned.
What I do think, is that the product did gain enough awareness, for the company to survive, when financing arrives linked with the R/S.
A re-enter on the dip after the R/S is not a bad idea imo. We'll see.

What is clear, is that he wasn't good enough to perform as expected by everyone who pumped money in his company.

So sad. Me too, I lost $20K-$30K. Unbelievable.

My guess is that Eric is done selling the dream until after the restructure when he has more shares to sell. It appears that was the main goal all along. He is out of shares to sell now so he would not benefit until after the split, i'm sure the kool aid will start flowing again then.

Hello Mr. Glincosky –

Thank you for taking the time to share these thoughts with me. I am puzzled by your reference to “one big fat lie”. I take pride in providing continuous financial reporting that reveals the challenges honestly, rather than falsely presenting inflated sales or any other concealment. I provide operational highlights continuously at the CEO Weblog as to what we are trying. I answer shareholder questions continuously and ensure that prospective shareholders receive a plain spoken cautionary greeting at the website investor page.

I am passionate about our goal. I am driven to achieve for 1000+ Stain Remover the destiny that it deserves – to be a household name from coast-to-coast and a favourite in its category. More “blood, sweat and tears” than you may realize is associated with such a mission, as we are operating against all odds for success as an emerging independent brand. That is why so few independent brands ever see their way to become national brands. But when they do, then it can be spectacular.

The company welcomes shareholder suggestions along the way and will attempt to apply as many sincere ideas as practical toward this mission.

Respectfully,
Eric Lehner, CEO

Dear Eric,

I have been a shareholder for quite some time and always held faith in your vision, as I type this I cannot say that I feel the same. Could you offer myself as a current shareholder any reason to be optimistic in the company’s future moving forward? It seems everything is adds up to one big fat glossed over lie these days. Have you drank the water too?

Truly,

Interestingly, as I corresponded with him recently, he continues to act arrogantly and confident that he is doing the best he can for long investors. He actually believes that he has been forward and upfront with everyone. I was an absolute fool to believe in this guy. He has no integrity whatsoever.

As I sit here in Guam...12am on the 27th of Feb...prepping to leave tomorrow to go back to the U.S mainland and return home...I can honestly say that at this point.....at this very time....more sober than I have ever been (And I don't drink often, but will probably need to following this post).....I have officially lost hope with WNBD. I have been invested in this company since May-June 2009. Rode the pps from .018 to .024....only to see it slowly descend....all the while being told everything was going as planned...everything is ok....And when there WERE set backs...I negated them....thought of them as just that....a minor setback....because I believed in a certain someone's integrity and their spoken Word....having being told in late 2009...next year will be the year..... with the pps in the mid to low .01's........................I stuck around cause I JUST KNEW a human being could not sit there and lie to hundreds, if not thousands of investors and break the promises he gave to us all....I JUST KNEW, next year....yeah...next year will be better....whether that be the pps....OR the companies outlook.... Never did I imagine that BOTH would be in worse shape.....as the slow year passed....my bank account getting more red....all the while a certain someone exclaimed that he prefers investors over trader's....more Word's that got me excited and increased my confidence in the company...Cause I JUST KNEW...NO ONE...NO HUMAN BEING out there would EVER sit there and spew this kind of rhetoric to hundreds of people without having GREAT reason....not hope....but GREAT REASON....with the intention to pay back the investor's he sooo desired....The long termer's.....the people who stuck up for him when bashers were running rampant....the people who promoted company products for free.....who created a buzz that help put 1000+ in homes all over the world...For Free......I JUST KNEW this certain someone had ammo in his arsenal to squash these nay-sayers dead....Which is why I gave him another year.....2011 rolls on by....more statements about it being a new year for the company and products.....(not much...but a little more of my money invested...the little that I could spare).....and how this year should be the year everything comes together......well....the pps surely did not.....it practically fell apart......so much so my dad gave me a call....cursed me out and disowned me for investing his retirement money and losing most of it.....Yeah...I know....silly me....Back in 2009, I was just a 23 year old kid with dreams of making my dad a wealthy man...just a poor man from Jamaica....single....raised 5 kids on his own...had nothing to his name when he came to the States....He worked himself up to a nice paying job...but I always knew he wanted more......so I tried to help him....HE told me he did not care if I lost the money originally, so I said, I think I found a honest company with promise....A honest man is at the helm...so what possibly could go wrong if everything he has been saying comes to fruition.....Once again...silly me....Little did I know....Hardly anything this man said ever came to fruition....He tap danced his hope all over the shareholders hearts....two-stepped his way around ever memo or blog....and repeated this over and over....month after month....until the pps reached the lowest point known to man....2012 slowly drifted on by...more of the same....promises....hope....false senses of a light at the end of the tunnel...and a complete reversal of a statement that now said us investors had the opportunity to make money by trading the stock....how heartbreaking was that....It haunts me...it hurts the soul....And now..........Feb 27th "Guam time"......I sit here and reflect back on all the excitement.....the confusion.....the fights with other poster's on both sides of the coin.....the rough times....times when my account read $0....times when it read 30k plus......and I came to this conclusion........I will never.....a day in my life....EVER trust another human being outside my family again....I will teach my kids the same....This world has morphed into a Dog eat Dog world where the most disloyal, dishonest, and untrustworthy men are disguised in Business suits with a smile and a promise....They make you feel like you are "part of the team"....make you feel like you are "one of the guys"....like you ARE somebody....and when times get rough....they don't disappear like scam artists....they slowly take steps back over a gradual period of time so you see them for who they are....and then Poof!....you...your dignity...your hard earned money....and sense of pride is stripped away after you realize you are at a point of no return....wheres my rope...

Drinking one to all the longs and believers that like myself, were mislead to think that Eric had our best interests in mind and that one day our efforts would pay off. Makes me sick.

I have been saying that for the last 2 plus years. Eric is the equivalent to a college football coach going 1-11 for 3 years in a row. Hell the coach does not want to get fired but he knows he has not gotten it done.

Eric knows he has all the cards here. he owns and controls 100% of everything. yeah shareholders. They are just his paws.

this guy is his biggest fan. Trust me this guy has already come out smelling like a rose here.

He will argue and say the right things but the bottom line is he want 100% control of everything and he is a micro manager.

This guy will just keep doing what he has been doing. Reverse split the stock and then start blogging all over again like nothing happened.

Watch and see. ONLY THE FIRST ROUND OF SHAREHOLDERS GOT KILLED.

THIS GUY IS ALL ABOUT HIMSELF AND HIS CHICK. THATS IT.

Looks like Eric has wiped us early investors out. Shame really. Thousands of dollars now worth nothing. All the hard work we did to get name out. The first pics of using product.....Geshhhh. Can Eric register existing shares of company without RS? Would just registering company and existing shares help pull us out of this hole? Get us on the OTCB and work our way up. There has to be a way of saving original investors. Sure hope Eric can address this better than what most stinky pink CEO's do. Back to lurking.

I wish what you said all mean't something to this CEO but unfortunately IMO...he could care less. He has been poisoned by the ease of taking the money through dilution than he is with putting forth the efforts in selling the product. If he just worked half as hard at a good plan as he does contriving up these blogs and BS posts this company and its reputation wouldn't be in this mess. I'm afraid your words however true they may be is water running off that ducks back. He would require a conscience...that doesn't seem to be very easy to find.
