Based on that, Its extremely clear that "conclusion" and "concluded" means:

The technology is by IET, not InREFco. We've been over this before which brings me to this:

These statements are in compliance with the Security Exchange Act of 1934, Section 10b, Rule 10b-5 and the Federal Trade Commission Act 15, United States Code 45 section 5 which outlaws misleading investors and consumers in conjunction with the sale, purchase, or transaction of a security and/or product.

Since we've covered this, continuing to say otherwise about the PR would be a violation of such SEC and FTC regulations.
