Don't be fooled by the negative posters who would like to drive the pps down. These deals take time to get done. I'm not the least big concerned. In fact I've added to my position. We'll see an official PR announcing the sale has been finalized by 4/15/13, if not sooner--in my opinion. Load the truck and hold those shares. It should be a nice ride to pennyland, all imo.
