That is the problem, none of this makes sense. If the O/S Numbers are correct and the R/S is correct, we are not looking at 2,600,000, we are looking at 288,000? Now, if you assume they meant 848.4, then it would be 2,888,000?

At this point, I have to believe they will be taking our current shares down to 288K and then converting the Preferreds to make that 288K apporximately 5% of the O/S.
