It's normal for this time of year. Had to dump funds and stocks myself to pay additional 6 figures on tax bill. Any profitable company with share distributions will see officers selling shares to pay the IRS from late Feb until about Apr 10th, so they can settle the sales, get the check in the mail and stamped by Post Office by the 15th.
