I get the impression that Robinson could turn out to be as big a crook as Kit Kung was. Since he doesn't own a majority of the shares, I'd think his options in a legal showdown would be limited. That only leaves him the avenue of cooking the books (except that there aren't any!!!). Or paying himself exorbitant salary and bonuses. These are known to shareholders in any legitimate small company being honest and open and doing SEC filings. In this case, we'd never know.
