This is an obvious scam. Years and years of false and misleading PRs. Announcements of funding that never materializes, of rigs that never arrive, of drilling than never begins.
You are correct in one thing though - Mal's been very good at guaranteeing success for himself (and his accomplices), but hasn't done a thing for "shareholders" besides rob them blind. How's that great "Flare Gas" deal working out for the shareholders? You know, the one where Mal negotiated with himself for a deal worth twice the market value of EEGC in exchange for.... what exactly?
That was a huge deal, relative to the size of EEGC. Simple question: where was the "success for the shareholders" in that deal?
Mal's life work is running a scam - why would he abandon that?
