Exactly on royalties. Also why do you think Dr. Frost gave all of OPKOS health technologies to RXII??? He probably saw the technology first hand and realized that with RXI's self delivery system they could use the 12 patents from opko health. The patents target Cancer, eye disease, cardiovascular, etc.
