Are you aware of a ballpark for how much this lawsuit could mean to the company? I just started going through the VIA lawsuit docket on Pacer, but haven't seen a "damages sought" yet. And the more pages I go through, the less confident I am in finding that number in the next n pages (it's a Bayesian thing...).
The liquidating estate looks like it has negligible value other than this lawsuit, if I am understanding the 10Q correctly.
