I didn't have confidence in schedule a year ago but all things are in place now i.e location, design, how to acquire financing etc. and as long as they secure contract I think it is within reach. The company has option on the lease for six months. Now five months left on the lease so they have to do something to get it going So i think it is reasonable to assume it will complete as planned. i.e Plant construction to begin by summer.
