1)...You mentioned earlier some time ago, that Apple was now registered as owners of OVOE's Patents so if that's the case they must have been transferred from OVOE to Apple.

THAT THE {$500 mm} PATENT MONOPOLY PORTFOLIO WAS...

SPECIFIC REASON WHY ?

2)...As I mentioned in my last E-mail with totally wrong date "January 14th 2013" due to hopeless help from Telefonica and now put right by myself.


3)...OVOE now has 74,8 million shares outstanding as by Yahoo OVOE NEW, "Yahoo.uk"

this is a little bit more than in the last Q-10 from Shares issued and outstanding Common stock, $0.001 par value; 1,290,000,000 shares authorized; 68,549,175) and 60,929,085 issued and outstanding as of September 30, 2009.


4)...So where have Yahoo received the figure from?

An excellent question, x x x x, that I SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER TO, BUT, I DO know

that Yahoo subcontracts the maintenance of the Statistical Data Base and in my opinion, it is

highly UNRELIABLE, thus, ..................I rarely use it.


5)...Has Apple bought Dean's shares plus another X million shares to run One Voice and then

transferred the patent's to them self and if so what has OVOE now got.

A)...{I M H O}, NO, for Apple to buy Dean out and then transfer the patents to themselves, would not only

be illegal but, suicidal for Apple SPECIFICALLY, BECAUSE ...{Apple does and did not}... know how to put all

of the Leading Edge {NLI / MVS} technology together ...in time..., to meet the competitive dead line ..vs.. [GOOG] & {MSFT},

THEREFORE, {I M H O}, DEAN {HAD / HAS} THE SUPERIOR NEGOTIATOR'S CHAIR {and/or} POLE POSITION.

B)...{I M H O}, that's the beauty of the B*A*R*T*E*R*E*D transaction...;

namely, that Apple had to pay Dean "through the nose", in order to or, such that, Dean's cooperation was essential and thus, allowed them to

accomplish their overriding Sector Dominant Mission, and therein, insures the success of their all important [iOS 7]

Surreptitious Strategy, which is INDEED, THEIR ULTIMATE GOAL.

...therefore, Apple lost a battle, such that, Dean's cooperation virtually assures, that they will win their

on going W*A*R with [GOOG] & [M S F T]...;

6)...It's time we get to know what's been going on.
