I have always said that Loch/Cdex was NEVER the problem or a scam, the problem was the leadership in Loch, and at Cdex, until September 2010.

I told the SEC that as I sat face to face with them, on more than one occasion.

They have plenty of notes from me, and notebooks full of names, that have provided affidavit's as to what has gone down in the history of Loch and Cdex.

No cheerleaders in this group, or cheerhaters, just players on the field, doing the right thing to help all shareholders and pper's.

The technology of Cdex will have its day. The market will determine how good or great those days will become.
