A fair assumption would be around 500 Million, as the judge will have the final say and that amount could even be much higher, since the judge has the authority to award damages on what he see's fit based on the trial proceedings. The way it looks right now, Google has not impressed the court much in any of it's proceedings and thus the reason the judge has denied most of their motions to date.

It would now make sense for Google to actually try and work out a settlement with VRNG before the judge hands down his final verdict on the damages. Plus Google wouldn't likely appeal the ruling as it would open up the opportunity for VRNG to go for additional damages, which most think they would have a very reasonable chance of getting if this were appealed by Google.

My prediction is a settlement in the next two weeks, but one just never knows, but we do know that VRNG did WIN! Cheers!
