The "news" said nothing about $50MM. Why is that?

Because they were updating the shareholders and investors who have been following this stock and are well aware of what's been going on based on the past PR's.

I'm sure with all of these developments, you're going to see some changes on their OTCmarkets profile. That stuff costs money to update, and they've certainly got it now :)
