stingray: You hit the nail on the head. Management needed a shakeup. Perhaps with Kevin we will see it. Peter has been great at getting us this far with the development, but his credibility with most investors has been severely corroded with the fluff PRs. When doing DD, a review of his accomplishments in meeting goals set by himself is indicative of the need for a management change.
Now the question, IMO, regarding pps improvement, is how long will it take for Kevin to garner support from a lot of people who have jaded thoughts about the structure of the company. Here I’m referring to financial results as reported so far. Again, IMO, only a radically improved usage of our products can resolve that issue. I don’t see the possibility of raising prices for using MediaMax viable at this time, so Kevin will need the support of our customers to trumpet the value in using MediaMax . This is no small chore as indicated so far. We have many very good sales points and now that the uninstall feature, IMO, has been resolved, it should be more easily established. There will be a lot of new data which I hope will prove the monetary gains to the artists and recording industry are enhanced to such a measure it will become a no brainer to decide to incorporate MediaMax. All this is in relationship to OUR pps. That isn’t necessarily in the best interests of the recording industry and they may still continue operating in a near stealth mode which raises the question as to our future pps actions. With more fluff PR’s, I’d guess more disappointments to the long shareholders. It would appear that only signed contracts, specific targets with time lines, and regular status reports to the shareholders can stop the decline. Near term, IMO, appears very dismal so now we are probably coming into a great buying opportunity.
