The key to remember here is that Joe is not going to sit with an idle company, he will make something happen here. From this pps he will get it ticking -- how high depends on what the new plans are. Have to wait for the updates and let things unfold but I have a feeling in a couple/few weeks people are going to be kicking themselves for not jumping on the 2's, 3's, 4's IMO
