I spoke with Investor Relations directly. They confirmed that they have a teaming agreement with PSID and said PSID's press release was accurate. Boeing also confirmed via e-mail, too.
On the other side, I was not able to get anyone from SAIC to confirm any agreements with PSID. I called and e-mailed Investor Relations a few times (short of being labeled a stalker. Lol!) as well as their PR department. Hell, I went as far as going up to executives in those departments and not one person responded about the PR put out by PSID. That does not mean it is not true. It could simply mean SAIC does not give a sh*t about confirming it.
