since it was 79.9% you will note and not 80%... the difference might be the rights to vote... Having 80% of the shares would cause havoc in the company's ability to get out from where they are and move forward.
someone had mentioned something about having 80%.... but there are so many posts it would be difficult to pull up unless that person might read this could do that... and it would explain it better.
