Post was a good one since provided facts and proof. It doesn't change my mind, as I'm already cautionary about BW. But I also think he's trying to turn over a new leaf. It doesn't cost me anything to find out, so I will.

New investors seek pennies because they are cheap and are hoping to find that pot of gold. This game is played all over the pinks:

Is he diluting then show me proof? Unfortunately documented proof cannot be presented until after the fact. These are the demons of non reporting securities and the company owners know this. Saying a bunch of stuff on FB or through a PR with nothing filed is the same as a handshake deal.

Eventually these investors learn to trade these securities or move on to a reporting company. Then a new crop of investors come in and pick up where the last group left off. BEWARE of the man that believes capital is better spent on growing the biz over cleaning up the security. His priorities do not lie with the shareholder
