well, guess the expression "Some got it and some don't." applies. I have no suggestions. I do know it takes a period of time after the dvd shows "shipped" and it then comes off of the queue down below, and if you go ahead and remove it from the queue it messes everything up. If you've got some now pending, to be shipped within 24 hours, maybe just sit back for awhile and see if things straighten out. JMO

If you are use AOL browser,that could be the problem. Use aol explorer or internet explorer.

Sounds like a "cookie" problem
