Would not surprise me if it hit $3 bye EOM.... It honestly is only going up. TO piggy back other comments big hedge companies are gonna get in to make nice returns for people who have 1million on average to invest. A lot of people I know are buying houses! and yes I feel bad for people who have lost houses but they bought when market was all the way up. Housing market is still rebounding and has a lot more to grow. IMAGINE FNMA? honestly very happy with this stock and I'm gonna ride it!
