There is a real shot at a pre-conversion sudden glurge in price - since we can expect real shots at revenues - especially if they announce dividends for exsiting investors and an ex-dividend date, which I've heard they plan to do; that would happen in the next 30 days. I've also heard a new IR is coming on board which will be nice.
If the new post-coversion price is $5.00 per say, and we expect a giant price rise after the RS based on the business plan, then it doesn't matter what the conversion rate is.....However, you will get a better percentage of your money on a short term rise in price at these levels than a post rise....
That's why it's better to buy now than later if you believe in the business plan....
