#9 is an excuse that was used at that time. Trying to say that that excuse was never used is like trying to say that AIGI is a viable company with contracts and scientists and assets and $50 million raised from a PP offering, etc...
All excuses were used at some point in time to try to combat the truth that this whole thing is a scam and to try to entice new investors to buy current investors shares so they could exit quietly creating a new crop of bagholders.
