i think investors have taken into account the recent postings by you & mart and see the steps being taken to regain current status w/ otc-it's a step in the right direction. SDVI's share price has started to gain a little traction lately, hopefully more can be done & the share price will take care of itself w/o a R/S, jmo.

Point well taken! My apologies for flying off the handle.
As you well know, RS discussion normally is a death wish for existing shareholders. Of course not always, but usually. I'm in one stock now that is up something like 4000% since a recent pre RS value, but that is the exception and of course had a lot of business action support behind the decision and RS action. But that is the point, isn't it! Investors have to be able to see what is in it for them. You are actually an invested party also and where your interests coincide with investors, what ever decision that is made should hopefully make sense to the benefit of all.

BE SURE TO HIT YOUR "FOLLOW BOARD" IN SUPPORT OF YOUR SDVI AND GRAFC STOCK INTERESTS.

I agree, hence the discussion....

As I said the math doesn't work no matter how you slice it.

a R/S of 10,000 : 1 gives 250,000 shares outstanding. Liquidity
dries up (as BeachBum has stated).

I'm in total agreement with BeachBum that we need to find a
profitable company/CEO to take over. That's the only way I can
see to make shareholders whole.

On thing to remember, I haven't worked for the company in over a year and I am just a shareholder like everyone else now.

I would like to see my 10 years of hardwork (and no pay) be made whole eventually.

Raising capital by diluting stock would only be useful to buy a profitable company, not a business plan. I learned that the hard way. Remember 7th Level, et al? Some of the companies were "profitable", but after DD, they turned out not to be.

Also, did I ever do a R/S split while I was CEO? Nope, so I'm not excited about one either....It was a discussion point.

IMO and My Opinions are my own....
