Doesn't HTI own it's technology?

I don't think so, remember the creation of the 2 private "companies?" AHS then AHSGSM.

Look back at all the PRs for the "partner agreements" for manufacturing, installations, etc.

1)What "company" actually announced all those agreements?

2)What "company" holds the TMs?

3)What "company" announced the "deal" with the metal recycling company?

4)What "company" do all sales and revenue flow through?

5)If patents are actually provided, what "company name" do you think those patents will be in?

The answer to 1-4 are all the same, AHS. Even though the headline for the "fleet deal" says the metal recycling company announced it, read it again because the body of the PR actually says that AHS announces it.

If and when patents are proven, I'll bet those will be in the name of AHS too.

I agree, royalties are usually paid based on sales but in the case of HLNT, it's payments "against future royalties."

There is also a "loan" listed to CF.

Total Current Liabilities
$ 3,306,589.35
Long-Term Liabilities
25000 Long-Term Liability
25045 Loan Payable - CF
17,020.00

25500 Other Long Term Liabilities
4,500.00
Total 25000 Long-Term Liability
$ 21,520.00
Total Long-Term Liabilities
$ 21,520.00
Total Liabilities
$ 3,328,109.35

Why isn't the PRd $700K payment to PWC reflected?
It still shows $1.1M is owed.

I wonder what "profession" the "professional fees" of $650,058.51 for the year and $251,039.10 for the Oct.-Dec. period were for.

66700 Professional Fees
650,058.51
66700 Professional Fees
251,039.10

YUUUUUUUP YUUUUUP, "get to understand HLNT, soon!"
