You are spot on Money and I have been making all of the same points over the past year. NEOM is the most insolvent (total assets of $6 million; current liabilities of $75 million) company I have ever seen.

NEOM continues in business solely to allow YA to continue to extract money from retail investors. At current conversion pace, 5 billion of authorized shares will be used up by July. Reverse split is unlikely IMO but bankruptcy is just a matter of time- right after PPS goes to no bid there will be no reason for YA to avoid BK any longer.
