I don't think the rule Flyer,s talking about even applies to companies with more than $5 mill in assets, maybe it was 10 mill, don't remember.

Jjdiddy, 100s of Pinksheet companies have put out Press Releases about uplisting to a higher exchange;

Exactly 0 companies have filed and uplisted after filing a 15-12G. Please do not take my word for it, confirm and verify.
