btw .. if the same entity .. that would be beyond revealing
(interesting read regardless) in particular TD's *relationship*
with Knight in relation to OTC stox .. over the past years

... Richard "The Dick" Fearon ...

Its still early in the DD, but Alan Brockstein via his twitter claims marketfy as his website also bazinga. Next you do a trademark search on either one of those and it points to Accretive Capital of which Big Dick is allegedly the sole founder/ manager. Additionally, if you troll the secinfo.com site or the like and query Richard Fearon you will be lead to assume that all these things have one thing in common. I also took the time to do a number of other brute cross references and I am 90% that I have found the dick that has been trying to fudge up our company, in my opinion. However, the wisdom of the crowd is always best when doing DD. If you find what I find and more than it's only right that we warn investors in NUIN that there company may have there CEO sitting in a jail cell right next to our beloved Michael Llamas.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Federal regulators charged TD Bank and a former executive in connection with a South Florida-based Ponzi scheme conducted by Scott Rothstein, who is now serving a 50-year prison sentence. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network announced the assessment of a $37.5 million civil money penalty against TD Bank for failure to file suspicious activity reports. The Securities and Exchange Commission alleges that TD Bank and its then-regional vice president Frank A. Spinosa defrauded investors by producing a series of misleading documents and making false statements about accounts that Rothstein held at the bank and used to perpetuate his scheme. TD Bank agreed to settle the SEC's charges in an administrative proceeding and pay $15 million. The SEC filed a complaint against Spinosa in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
