I took AMBS off strong watch back when .06 price support was broken.

As for a new dark supported go-round. Anything is possible. IMO if any need to sell shares to retail remained, the time to do something passed with letting support break down.

It's starting month 4, after the OTC game completion and walkdowns last 6 to 9 months before one should expect a new funding round.

I just had a hunch it might come alive because price support lasted so long after the game. But obviously the dark master is no longer around to manipulate selling more. Because they let support go to the way side.

If I were holding I'd give up and find another play now.

Re incorporation has little to do with any darkside setup. Usually thats done for favorable company incentives in the new state.
