What opinion would we have on the 10K? It confirms this is a fake company run by a fraudulent CEO, Greg Manos, who keeps awarding himself billions of shares of stock and selling them through Asher and other private parties at less than half the bid. So, the CEO, is selling hundreds of millions of shares at roughly 3 cents a share to pay for his rent, his poker, and vacations. There are no other employees. If you call the contact number it goes straight through to the CEO's cell phone. Try it. He is the only employee. Ask him.
