The REVERSE SPLIT by design does several things but those most present are long shareholders destruction, an artificially inflated share price and lesser immediate outstanding share counts.

Long shareholder destruction will come as available shares will be present for distribution further diluting shareholder equity.

An artificially inflated share price will escalate potential short positions.

Lesser immediate share counts will allow insiders a much easier exit from their remaining positions.

mmtc is a scam. This scam is being manipulated by insider prejudice to line their pockets and screw over shareholders having paid over and over for lending trust to the mit 1000 lie.

If shorting is the only way to trade this stock as some say. Why don't they have the balls to short this below 001. I'm waiting for the cheapies.
