All the DD about who's the real SCAM here !

Pro's that they (MMG) are, know how to manipulate everything and everyone; the stock market, the SEC (ahem) watchdogs of the market, and the courts too, probably...I guarantee that size s/h base can do some serious class action damage.

So the crux of your post:MMG is all powerful:

1. Able to manipulate the stock market. And here I was worrying about the run of the mill Goldman Sachs of the world.

2. Sets up a huge short position which by 31-Aug has amassed 1000 shares. MMG was really accumulating leading up to the suspension - going for the throat!

3. Bribes an official at the SEC. No doubt Shapiro.

4. Can readily bribe the US Federal court system to rule in favor of any SEC litigation later on.

Therefore your assertion one needs a class action lawsuit to sue the SEC, the US Federal court system, and of course MMG. Sounds like a plan, except what are you going to do when MMG bribes the Supreme Court?

Well ttamidur I could not have said it better. In fact I agree completely. One of the better posts of the last month or so.

I tried to pick up more shares today but nobody is selling this gem. She's a thing of beauty!!
