From watching PEIX for years I am not sure why they always wait until market close to announce earnings. I have no idea what the earnings will be but have learned even when PEIX IS doing will and has beat expectations does not traditionally mean the PPS will rise because the public at large simply has yet to embrace ethanol. Therefore not enough investors want to jump in.
