He will never get his money back from those purchases. He bought those shares and was probably promised something. It would appear based on those purchases (and that news is over 1 year old) the company is being handed over to him as others (behind scene) cashed in. Lewis gets Title and the others get the money. The dilution that is occurring is probably to pay him somehting back. But those are some of the worst purchases, post tech buble, of all time.
