Wasn't around for that. I just know, currently, ONTC hasn't dumped more than 1 billion shares in the last several months. That's a good sign. I believe the A/S is around 5 billion and the O/S is around 1 billion. I'm assuming that more shares will need to be dumped before any reverse split can take place. My guess is that this thing has the potential to go up near .001 during the next dump; then a small reverse split will take place. Something like 1:10 or 1:5 if any at all.
There's still life to this stock. I think alot of people will make lot's of money in the upcoming months.
