At this point, I can only assume:

--the newsletters are not yet in mass circulation.

--investors are not receptive to Chinese RTOs.

--there's a delay while some people evaluate the company.

--add pother possibilities here.

I'm not very happy right now.

Clearly the promo has no effect. That is not too unusual is it? This does not bode well for what will happen when millions of shares will flood the market soon.

It's a wannabe promo co. Or perhaps they thought the idea that there would be a promo would be enough to lift the stock.
