..Heard Stuart Varney this morning say this could not happen here in America because we have the "Rock Solid" FDIC. Memo to Varney: The US has an estimated $11 trillion in deposits. The FDIC has an estimated $30 billion cash reserve. I have an engineering degree not one in economy, but I'm pretty sure that math doesn't work. I'm guessing it "could" happen here.
