I think the market will look at this 8K as good news. Driving PGRX into bankruptcy benefits no one. The debt holders are in this to make money on the debt not to drive the company into bankruptcy. PGRX has a very qualified group of people running the company,potash is a precious valuable commodity and the life blood of a hungry world. They will get financing and restructure their debt. This of course is just my opinion.
