Orphan Status is basically giving DARA financial incentives and exclusive rights to sell for up to 7 years. KRN5500 is a blockbuster with or without Orphan status. If DARA gets a lucrative partnership that's their financing. If KRN gets approved, I don't think there would be any competition for years. So win win either way? IMO
