Nah, I don't think so. Monday we might see 3.5 for a high, maybe 3.6. Not a real squeeze type move. No reason for the stock to move more than 30 to 40 cents. Would have already made a bigger move Thursday if that was the case. This will peak out tomorrow on this news and settle back. The judge could be weeks or more away from a ruling and the stock will slide. shorts know this and will take a chance that tomorrow is a head fake move up. The news is awesome but not the kind that moves stocks up big enough for shorts to cover. The ruling will do that though. hope it comes soon.
20 million shares were outstanding in the short position on Thursday less about 2 million short shares traded on Thursday still leaves about 18 million short shares for Monday.
Also the judge can rule on any day so It makes sense that shorts need to close out as soon as possible. Hold onto your hats and shares!! Go VRNG
