As CDEX plainly contends in each and every filing "don't believe any forward looking statements". One of the seldom seen true statements of CDEX. Historically, one cannot believe any forward looking statements of CDEX.

A MALC inspired qualifier is added to the word "units".... "CONTRACTED". Since nobody has contracted for any, CDEX can now say when none is shipped in the USA..."that is not a lie". "IF we had contracts, we would have sure tried to ship some".
