They depleted their pipe inventory to get through the recession and keep their current employees. They then sold shares last summer to build their inventory back up when the pipe orders started coming in again. They are now fully stocked and ready for the spring orders.

They changed their name to go public but kept their old DBA. They now maintain 2 websites. one for the stock, and one for their daily operations under their DBA.
