#90608 RE: toughasnails #90606

Who is in-charge of the management of CCAJ? Tony or Jeff?

The CEO has the fiduciary duty to manage and protect CCAJ. If Jeff have sold illegal shares, then a proper fraud action is to be initiated and CCAJ management has to resolve the issues.

The investors cannot be victims of a fraud that someone outside of CCAJ perpetrated. It is CCAJ management that is accountable at all times.

If we do not accept this fundamental principle of responsibility, the entire equity market including AMEX has no meaning.

My posts are making is clear that Tony is liable to be sued for what has happened to CCAJ. And he has a business where someone can place a caveat on it.

Even if he dissolves CCAJ now, he is personally liable. Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown.
