I would argue the company isn't greencell: it meets regulatory filing requirements, it actually exists, and the insiders still own a huge portion of the company (which means they have a stake in the performance of the stock). Now, that doesn't mean the stock won't end up at the same place (trading at par), but that doesn't mean it will end up there either...
