#920 RE: big-yank #919

I agree and that's why everyone needs to be their own advisor and not listen to a damn thing I say. :-) IMO friendly Chapter 11 isn't a real chapter 11 because the terms have all been agreed to. This isn't a long drawn out battle taking court date after court date while the company continues to tank. It's just a formality to push the deal through at this point. Can things change? You bet your sweet ass things can change faster than a hummingbirds wing flap. But as for now, the way things are today I feel the Chapter 11 in the manner in which it's happening is a very good thing for a shareholder with a under $.20 cost basis.

At this point in time I feel we have an excellent chance of going back to dollars in the next few months over going broke & closing their doors. The people in control have a cost basis probably around $.30 so do you not think they want to turn a profit? I know I may be going out on a limb but I think Jefferies & Wynnefield might know a liitle more about what's going on than I, so I'm happy following their lead. As long as they are buying, I'm buying. When I see insiders run for the door, I'm right behind them.

As you said, I could be right or I can be dead wrong but luckily for me so far my track record is unblemished with companies such as this. Color me silly or color me stupid but I have an extremely hard time coming to the conclusion a company would be going broke that just received a $68M contract, just restructured most if not all of their debt, insiders have been doing nothing but accumulating every share they can get their hands on that has resulted in the float almost completely locking up. Anything can happen, but if we continue down this path I'll kiss your ass on New Years Eve, in Times Square, when the ball drops in front of 1B people if this doesn't launch well into black. ;-)

"...not a real Q..."? That is pretty presumptuous since the papers haven't even been filed, yet. You could be right, or, you could be dead wrong. Or a bunch of trainstops inbetween.
