I agree that many on here do not know the difference but i promise you in the hundreds of hours of research ive done on MMJ, legalization and the business potential is holds I very much understand the difference between the two as well as what is or isnt illegal. There is no short easy term for the different varieties. I usually say bud, MJ, or Cannabis when referring to anything with THC in it, or what is illegal now. I then say hemp or industrial hemp to refer to what has just CBD with no THC in it, which is what is legal, what dixie sells as the X brand or Dixie neutracuticals.
