I gotcha, well that interviews dated. And his comment is vague. All they have to do is reschedule it. That's not legalizing, it's just saying its not up there with heroin or cocaine. I'm hoping that's gonna be the flow of events

$$ MWIP: Great News for MWIP !!

Outright Legalization will "Spay & Neuter" MWIP's Market Share in the MJ/MMJ transaction business; as some Big banks may enter the fray. W/O outright legalization; is the BEST CASE SCENARIO for MWIP.
Again this points to a few IMPORTANT things:--
A) States desperately want MMJ Tax revenue(MWIP's business model provides tax $$ directly to the state coffers).
B) Big Banks don't enter the MJ/MMJ mkt. (Status-Quo)
C) Fed & States want TRACEABILITY (to maximize tax revenue & control it to medical usage).
D) Patients would want HIPPA! (Individual rights, FREEDOM & Liberty is the foundation of this Nation; we don't want european style crap here!).

Yhea I caught that quick clip of Obama but pretty much dismissed it. I never did think they were going to come out & legalize Mj. It's way more complicated then that. That would be horrible for us. I do think the schedule will be changed to level 2, we all know its about time for that.

I would like to hear everyone's opinion on whether a full mmj legalization would open the gates to all the big corps that are currently on the side lines?

If it were to happen now we could be crushed, I don't think we have enough of a foot hold yet. It not be completely legal is what is creating the market for us, if that goes away what would happen? I would imagine that pharma, tobacco, banks etc.... Have systems in place & are prepared & ready to jump in when they get the green light.

Any thoughts on this?

Will not matter about the FEDS. It is in the hands of the states. The Pres will be hands off.
