This is exactly what is happening. If the Company owed me $64K and paid me 64M shares to pay off that debt I would take that deal in a micro-second. I would then pay $150K worth to as many promoters I could find. Why you ask? 64M shares at an average PPS of .01 is worth $640,000. Now, if you take the $640,000 minus the original $64K the Company owned you and the $150,000 for promotions you still banked $426,000. That is exactly what is happening here with not only that CD holder but a couple of others. I'm guessing these CD holders are also good friends with the Company. The float will be close to the O/S when the next Quarterly Report comes out.
They're pumping and CDs (including insiders) are dumping. Granted the family shares are minimal but the CDs are large dumps.
