IBH, why such the negative outlook now? Did you sell your shares and are hoping to get back in on the cheap? lol.

Shareholders and Market Makers would have to sell a lot of shares to cover 15 Million short shares and with the good news about Microsoft IMO not to many are in a hurry to sell at this point. The only people that want it to go down now are the investors that miss the boat and the shorts.Nobody knows how much the settlement is or if Microsoft will make a bid for Vringo the shares IMO could go much higher and the short sellers will be running for the hills.
